As KFC franchises go, this is one of the better ones I have come across, and the first and only one so far that I have seen have a drive-thru (sic). The staff member who served me gave me the incorrect change, but as I always check it was easily rectified.
Our food was quickly brought out, hot, and easily the nicest tasting KFC we have ever had - which when you think about it is quite bizarre as they should, theoretically at least, all be cooked using the same ingredients to the same recipe. This one wasn't all greasy, the chips were not soggy (although still pretty rubbish as chips go; I never have liked KFC chips) and they actually got my 'no mayo' request spot on!
It's in the middle of a big retail park so not a bad place to get something to eat after some shopping. -

As far as kfc's go this one is located well. Has good family deals. The staff have always been polite, friendly and have never got an order wrong. The food is always served hot and the longest time we have waited is 5 minutes, wich for a fast food establishment is very good.

Well placed KFC - right in the middle of an industrial park.
The staff are always helpful and there's always good deals on so the food isnt expensive.
My only gripe was the time when a kid threw up right next to me and the staff werent overly keen to clear up. -

I find the KFC staff are very efficient and friendly and in a differnt league to nearby Mcdonalds where they ofter miss something in my takeaway orders.
And this KFC being a drivethru is very handy sometimes.
I also find this the best value compared to McDon and Pizza Hut
